Reporting an error
Email corrections@apispine.com with the page URL and what's wrong. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
How we handle corrections
- Factual errors (wrong pricing, wrong feature claim, broken claim about a vendor) — corrected within 48 hours of confirmation, with a note added to the page.
- Out-of-date information — entries are auto-refreshed weekly; if a vendor has shipped a change we missed, we'll fast-track the next refresh.
- Comparative judgment disagreement — if a vendor disagrees with our recommendation, we welcome a written rebuttal and will publish it as a sidebar to the page.
- Removal requests — if you're a vendor requesting removal, see contact. We do not remove entries on request unless the entry contains a factual error or violates our policies.
